We save and use your personal data only to process your orders and to get in touch with you. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will your email address to send the newsletter to you. With applications that result in hires, the documents are forwarded to our HR department.
We sometimes have sweepstakes on our websites for various occasions. If you choose to participate in the sweepstakes, we save your first and last names, your email address and, if applicable, the country you come from. We use the collected data only to process the sweepstakes. Once the sweepstakes end and the winner or winners are chosen and notified, the collected data are deleted.

If you as a customer fail to pay your invoices on time, your access to King Crab Hosting products and/or services may become limited. Your account will remain in a suspended state for 7 days at which any data you have on the unpaid King Crab Hosting Products or services in question is subject to termination and any data you have stored can be deleted.
If you apply for a job with King Crab Hosting using our career portal, we pass on your job application documents to our HR Department where there are processing agreements for storing and deleting your application. Your application is stored for 6 months unless you specify on your application that you would like for us to consider you for up to 12 months. After which time your information is permanently deleted from any systems until you submit a new application.
To manage our job applications, we will send emails out to selected applicants using automation software as job opportunities become available. The invite will include a link to schedule an interview at a time that works best for the applicants schedule.
Data is transferred to third countries in adherence to the legally regulated admissibility requirements. We will not transfer your data to a third country if it does not serve the purpose of performing our contract with you; if we have no consent from you; if the transfer is not necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims; and if there are no other exceptions.
